Why won't the dependent care portion allow me to add my children. It takes me back to my info section which is all correct. Why can't i add my dependents to claim them?

Why am I not able to select my children's names under dependent care? It just keeps taking me back to the my info tab.

First, are you filing married joint? If so, do both spouses have earned income?

When you get into the Child and Dependent Care section, do you see the names of your children? If not, do you try to add the names? Yes, TurboTax will take you back to the Personal Info section so you can add all the relevant information for each child.

What screen are you on when you say it takes you back to the my info tab?
