Why won't the system let me enter a valid zip code for Form 2441? It just keeps looping around and around and I can't file my return!

Try returning to the original entry so that the zip code can be entered.

To return to the entry for the Child and Dependent Care Credit, follow these steps:

1. Inside TurboTax, enter child care credit in the search box.
2. Select the Jump to link in the search results.
3. Review your entries to have another opportunity to enter the zip code.

If unexpected results are still occurring, delete and re-enter these details.

To delete Form 2441 in TurboTax, follow these steps:

1. From the left menu, select Tax Tools.
2. Select Tools.
3. Scroll to Delete a Form.
4. Scroll to Form 2441 and select Delete and Delete Selected Form and Continue.
5. Scroll to the bottom of the next window and select Continue With My Return.
