Why won’t this tab go away

Unfortunately, we cannot see your return. However, if you are seeing a tab that will not go away, try the following navigations:

In TurboTax Online:

• Click the <Back button in the lower left corner of the page
• Click Continue in the lower right corner of the page
• Answer the question on the page and click continue
• Click on one of the tabs across the top
• Click on Federal or State in the left menu

In TurboTax Desktop:

• Try to navigate back or forward 
• Answer the question that is being asked, even if it is None of the above
• Click on one of the tabs across the top 
• Try toggling over to Forms mode and back to Step by Step
