Why wont turbo let me get back to where I have already uploaded my w2. The page will keep going back to add ein number

If you need to get back to the TurboTax screens where you add your Form W-2 you can do the following:

If you are using TurboTax Online  you can:

1. Sign into your return
2. Click on" Pick up where you left off"
3. Click "Search" at the top right of your screen
4. In the search box, type "W-2"
5. Click on "Jump to W-2"               
6. Click on "Add a W-2"
7. Select "Type it  in Myself"  
8. Follow the TurboTax screens and answer all follow-up questions

If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can:

1. Open or continue your return
2. Click "Search" at the top right of your screen
3. In the search box, type "W-2"
4. Click on "Jump to W-2"              
5. Your screen will say "We'll start with your W-2", click the box "Work on my W-2" want to file
6. Your screen will say "Let's Start With a Bit of Info From Your W-2" , enter your Employer ID from Box b of your W-2"
7. Click on "Continue"
8. Select to type in your Form W-2.
9. Follow the TurboTax screens and answer all follow-up questions.
