I have filled out my Spouses agi from last years return twice and it has been kicked back twice. Why?

    It depends. I suggest verifying what the IRS has on record for her AGI by using the online tool IRS Get Transcripts. Keep in mind, if you are married filing jointly, then the adjusted gross income would be for both of you.
