Will 3rd stimulus check go by my 2020 tax return since it is filed and accepted? Or does it have to be processed to be used instead of my 2019 return?

Until the bill becomes law and all details finalized, we don't know how the payments will be facilitated. If they were to use 2020 tax returns, your return would need to be processed to have any effect on any future payments. An accepted return just means that the IRS has it (it has been filed) but it has not yet been fully processed and settled (approved).
