so I filed one of my W-2's earlier a week ago and just now I filed my other one but the value changed for tax return, will it update later on or what do I have to do? Because it shows the amount from when I only put in my first w-2 when I track the file.

That's correct. The IRS is only looking at the original e-filed return. The amendment has to be mailed and that portion of the refund (if any) will arrive by mail much later. Did you actually follow the steps for an amendment or did you just enter a second w-2 in the original return?
