Will I be eligible to file for corona virus relief? I normally do not file taxes and my only source of income is a tax-sheltered structured settlement (annuity).

Does the amount of the settlement affect the eligibility (if it is greater than $12,200) or is that part non-applicable to my source of income? I'm assuming it might be the case since I read the following on the site you linked: You weren’t required to file a 2018 or 2019 federal income tax return for other reasons.
