At this point the answer is probably not. Since you are 18, it is highly likely that you are either a dependent or qualify to be claimed as a dependent by your parents/legal guardian. With how the stimulus law was written, dependents that are 17 or older cannot receive a stimulus payment. Both stimulus payments followed the same rule. There exists the possibility that Congress may enact future legislation that adjusts this, but for now the answer is no.
