Will I receive a 1095 A form from Medicaid? I called the health care market and I haven’t had an application with them since 2016

No.  You will only receive a 1095-A if you had an ACA plan or Obamacare through the Marketplace - www.Healthcare.gov or a state marketplace.  You can answer NO to the question that asks if you had an Obamacare plan during 2018.

You may or may not receive a 1095-B, but it does not get entered into TurboTax; you only need to indicate that you were covered for the months you have Medicaid.
