Will I still get my tax refund if I got accepted on credit karma and got rejected on turbotax

I filed my federal on credit karma got accepted but I couldn’t do my state taxes on there so I came to turbo tax, and they made me refile my federal taxes in order to do my state.. and I got reje

you'll have to print the state return and mail it if you use Turbotax. Your  1040 has already been filed.
