Will Live Assist upgrade help me with rental property sale?
I need help filling-out the info for my rental property sale. I read the instructions that say, "You can report the sale in the Expenses/Assets (Depreciation) section, along with any other pertinent info (like income and expenses)" but I'm still not sure how to include the real estate witholding tax I paid and other fees. I would like to use the Live Assist upgrade, but it looks like the footnotes say that they can't help with rental income questions. Does anyone know if that's correct? That's actually the only part of my taxes that I need help with.
