Will Live Assist upgrade help me with rental property sale?

I need help filling-out the info for my rental property sale. I read the instructions that say, "You can report the sale in the Expenses/Assets (Depreciation) section, along with any other pertinent info (like income and expenses)" but I'm still not sure how to include the real estate witholding tax I paid and other fees. I would like to use the Live Assist upgrade, but it looks like the footnotes say that they can't help with rental income questions. Does anyone know if that's correct? That's actually the only part of my taxes that I need help with.

Any company that advises on income tax matters carries what is referred to as errors and omissions insurance. That insurance determines what situations that their insurance will cover them for is they make a mistake on a tax return. TurboTax Live has a list of situations that are not covered by their E&O insurance so they do not offer those services.

Only a TurboTax Live agent could tell you definitely if your situation is out of scope for their service. You seem to have found some documentation that says that it is out of scope. Could you share where this footnote is?
