Will my 2020 taxes be considered late if I filed on May 16th 2021?

They say ACCEPTED- but on Where’s my Refund- it still says Processing your tax return. I have got my EITC checks in the mail, but not IRS letters regarding anything about my tax refund.

you filed timely if it was accepted before 5/18/2021. processing means the IRS has your return. it's taking a lot longer this year with some returns taking 6 months or more to be fully processed.
