Will Not Let Me File

I have paid, and got to step 3.  It will not let me file stating I have forgotten personal information such as city of zip.  I haven't.  I have gone back and checked.  It is a foreign address.  What do I do so that I can file.

    Make sure that you have entered the correct Type of mailing address and State 

    • Down the left side of the screen, click on My Info.
    • To the right of Mailing address, click on Edit.
    • At the screen Enter your current mailing address, make sure US address is in the box Type of mailing address.
    • Make sure that the correct State is listed.
    **Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
