Will not transmit my returns due to 1099 - Error on State of Missouri

When doing my taxes and now trying to transmit my returns, the software says it needs to check one more thing before it transmits the returns.  It goes to the 1099 - G page and highlights the state "MO" which is correct.  I click on continue and it's in a loop and will not transmit the returns.  Again Missouri and MO is correct in the software.  I believe this is a software bug.  I've been using this software since 1999 and have never had this issue.

This is normally caused by a software or browser issue on your device.

Use the Chrome browser and delete browsing data for all time.

    Then sign into TurboTax.

Go the 1099-G form and delete it.

Then enter it again, review and retransmit your form.

Errors like that are frustrating, because we see MO, but the software is seeing something else.

Is there a solution for the error that occurs after the transmission message?

Yes there is a solution, however you will have to follow the screens to correct the issue.  If you need hands on assistance you can speak to someone for free if you have TurboTax Live.  I suggest reviewing the Form 1099 to check for errors.
