Will the IRS still withdraw money from the amount owed from my checking account since my tax return was rejected?

If your tax return was rejected, that means it was not sent to the IRS, just like if you put it in an envelope to mail and then did not mail it.  So, until you either successfully e-file or print, sign and mail the return, the IRS does not have your payment information.

You received a rejection email that we cannot see.  Please tell us word for word what it says so we know how to help you.  Or even copy and paste the email message.
