No, if you are using the online version of TurboTax, then you are filing a 2019 tax return.  That cannot be changed.  

 

Each year requires a different version of the TurboTax program since tax laws change every year.  If you need to file something other than 2019, then you will need to purchase and download a prior year version of TurboTax.  Prior year returns must be mailed for processing.
