Question

Will turbo tax fix the glitch for Kentucky filers who keep getting the error unable to efile due to no dependent ssn or ein ?

I want to e file my federal however the state of Ky needs to be e file as well. No other tax service is having this problem. What is turbo tax doing to fix this

We appreciate your experience and we are working on it. Some Kentucky TurboTax customers may be experiencing an error when trying to e-file their return.  The error says, "Not Eligible for Electronic Filing" when no dependent care providers are listed on the return.
