TurboTax gets no information about the status of any refunds or stimulus payments. I am not aware that there is a NY stimulus payment in addition to the federal stimulus payment.

You can track the federal stimulus payment using the IRS portal: Get My Payment | Internal Revenue Service

If you mean your federal stimulus check, no, neither TurboTax nor Intuit will know when your stimulus check has been sent.
