Question

Will you be able to help me, I am trying to update my password and phone number but it keeps saying something went wrong.

First, log out of TurboTax.  Then, close and re-open your browser.  Try clearing your browser's cache and deleting your cookies, then see if you can continue where you left off.

Then:

  1. Log back into your TurboTax Online account
  2. In the left pane, select Intuit Account
  3. Select Sign in and Security 
  4. Select the arrow to the right of Phone and/or Password
  5. Make any changes necessary
