Will you please help me fiqure out what the IRS wants? Turbo tax told me to send my tax file in and have the IRS help but they just said it was incomplete. Help

Why cant I find my 2019 tax file

We cannot tell from your confusing post exactly what your situation is. Did you file a 2019 tax return? Or did you try to e-file and was it rejected? Who is telling you to "have the IRS help" and help with what exactly? Please post back and explain more clearly so we know how to help.
