Windows 10 updates wouldn't work to open existing Desktop Premier 2024; I deleted the Application; now I can't get program reinstalled!

After Windows 10 updates problems I finally solved, I still couldn't get rid of the "Failed to Install Update - Error 1603 - Fatal Error during install."

Because of Turbotax's shortened hours, I couldn't reach them. I then stupidly the Application; now I can't get program reinstalled! I have .taxfile for 2024, but it doesn't seem to help to reinstall the program.

I purchased Premier from Costco but can't remember how Turbotax helped me install it.

NEED HELP!

Does this link help? How do I get started with TurboTax Desktop? If you still have the license key, you should be able to install the program 5 times.

I got it to work, but your instructions were too sparse. There were many other steps I had to take to accomplish it, but at least I was able to get it to work.
