Wisconsin Form 2 Pass Through Entity Representative requirement and Officer PIN requirement preventing efile

I received two errors when completing the Form 2 for a trust in Wisconsin using Turbo Tax business.

1) turbo tax requires that I complete pass through entity representative information; I've tried two versions, leaving it blank and completing it for a trust and I still am unable to e-file

2) turbo tax requires that I enter an officer PIN, which I have never entered in the past; I called Wisconsin revenue department, and they informed me that the officer PIN is not required to e-file the form 2 in Wisconsin. They recommended reaching out to turbo tax to troubleshoot.

I am having a similar issue. Was the original posting resolved? How so?

I recommend mailing the state fiduciary return in as opposed to e-filing as the Wisconsin Dept of Revenue does not list TurboTax as an approved vendor for the fiduciary income tax return at this time.
