You can enter the interest under WI nontaxable income. Follow these steps:

Open your WI state return
Continue through until you reach the screen that says "Here's the income that WI handles differently"
Scroll down to the Misc section
Select Wisconsin Nontaxable Income, start
Type in a description and the amount
Continue
