Question

with direct deposit TT wants a exp date on my drivers license. I enter it and TT wont allow it

    Please review the driver license screen in details, to make sure that the following fields are complete: Issuing state, ID number (it meets state requirements, for example, numbers only), expiration and issue dates (and format). Be sure to enter your license number with no dashes (-) or spaces. If that fails to work, you can skip the license option by scrolling down, but keep in mind skipping might cause delays in your state refund.

    I had done everything you have suggested before I asked the question.  I do not see any option to skip this screen.  But your documentation says its not required.  How do i either get TT to accept the correct answers that i entered or bypass this screen.

    I found my problem - TT was asking for the ISS and not EXP I didnt catch it til now
