Question

Within the Intuit website, how do I change the level of support I get. For Tax Year 2020, I'd like to use a less expensive option.

You can downgrade your current TurboTax version that will remove live service etc. with our clear and start over feature but you won't be able to use this if you've already registered, submitted payment or deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund.
