Hello... I'd like to know if I'd be able to work with an ITIN number I got because I was a dependent in someone else's taxes last year, will that affect his taxes or will it be fine? Thank you.

ITINs do not authorize a person to work in the U.S. or provide eligibility for Social Security benefits. If you can be claimed as a dependent on someone else's tax return, an ITIN is sufficient for those purposes.
