Working remotely WA state

I work 100% remotely. Am I able to claim deductions for my home office for items I've personally purchased (i.e.: internet, computer equipment & peripherals, etc.) if I receive a W2 and am not self-employed?

No, the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 completely eliminated work-related deductions for employees.

There are very small exceptions for certain reservists, disabled workers, and fee-based government officials.

Some states still allow this type of deduction, but of course, there's no state income tax in Washington state.
