Would I be able to get a refund for the amount I was charged for turbotax filling services?

I thought I used turbotax last year, but I was wrong and need to use the product I used last year, but I already paid turbotax for their service (I have yet to complete my 2016 refund). Can I get a refund from turbotax?

In most cases Yes. If you haven't used the TurboTax product to complete and file your return you can contact TurboTax Technical support and request a refund.

The initial Tier 1 representative may have to escalate you to tier 2 or perhaps get permission from a Supervisor to approve the refund but unless there is evidence you've already derived benefit from the TurboTax application a refund should be a relatively easy transaction to accomplish.
