Wrong box checked on Form 1310

Unfortunately I checked the wrong box in Part II of Form 1310. I checked yes to 2a court appointment respresentative, but that was wrong. I needed to submit it as no, and none will be appointed.  Do I just submit a new 1310 with the correct box checked, or do I have to do a process that lets the IRS know that the original one I sent was wrong?

Since it is a stand alone form, I would print a blank Form 1310, fill it in with the correct information and mail it in with the words CORRECTED in large letters at the top of the form.
