My husband is the taxpayer but we file married filing jointly. I have a ip pin (my husband does not) but put the wrong ip pin  on the return.  I put the one from last year. Our return was accepted through e-file. What should I do now. Can our return still be rejected after it was received.

You must have put the right Pin number or it would not have been accepted by the IRS.  Once it's accepted, it can not be rejected.
