Wrong Year

I am trying to file my corp tax return by myself for the first time.

I think I bought TurboTax Business Desktop for the wrong year.

My mom-and-pop C-Corp ended its fiscal year in May 2024.  I bought the latest version of TurboTax Business Desktop:  2024

So it is trying to file a return for May 2025 which we haven't even reached yet.

There was no guidance on picking the correct version prior to my purchase.

Can I exchange my license to the version of TT Desktop Business that I need?

Thanks -- Dan

Yes call in.  You need to use the 2023 program for a fiscal year ending in 2024.   You can keep the 2024 program for next year (2025) and buy 2023 here,

Thanks VolvoGirl and AmyC for your quick responses.  I will see what customer support says but will probably do as you suggested and cough up the money for the 2023 version and save this 2024 version for next year.  I'll let you know if anything else exciting happens.
