It is showing you are using Turbo Tax Live Basic, which is not the free version. 

 

You can view the fees associated with your account by following the FAQ here

 

If you need to switch to a lower version, please follow the instructions here. .

I want to know if i was supposed to get $1223 it's only showing $983...why i was charge $242
