Y was I not given the option to pay my taxes when I efiled

In Step 2 of the File section, when there are taxes owed, you were give several options on how to pay those taxes. The tax return could not have been e-filed if you did not choose how to pay the taxes owed.

Before you pay the federal taxes owed, you need to find out the method you chose to pay those taxes. Once that is known then we can give you your options for paying now, if needed.

The Federal Filing Instructions page will have the information you need to see the method of payment chosen. That page will be included with your tax return when viewing or printing from Print Center.

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. See screenshot

This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.
