That wasn't helpful at all. It's not in the spam folder and I can't exactly contact gmail to ask what the hold up is. I've used the same address for years with Intuit, so this is incredibly frustrating. Apparently the best you guys can do is link me to a worthless FAQ.
YES.... I have never experienced this problem before. But this year it seems totally dysfunctional!!! I am avoiding the nasty terms this problem is inspiring. Simply put it sucks!
I tried to login tonight, July 1, having them email me the code. It never came. Fortunately I had a cell phone registered so after about 15 minutes had them send an SMS to that cell phone, and it came through within 30 seconds. It's been about an hour and the code never did come through email. I suspect an issue on their end. In the future, you may want to have a cell phone as a backup option. To verify my email account was not stuck, I actually sent an email to the exact address they would have sent the code to, and it came through instantly, so the problem is not in my email account.
Can someone help me with this 6-digit code? I have tried everything possible to try to receive it. It is not sending for some reason. Who can help me receive this code? How can I force TurboTax to send me this code?
