Why are there 2 emails on my account.  1 is not mine and never has been.

Please see the TurboTax FAQ: Manage your Intuit data where you can manage your account and data and delete any emails that you do not wish to have.

To change your email address:

  1. Sign in to your TurboTax Online account.
    Do not click the Take me to my return button
  2. Select Intuit Account from the lower left corner.
  3. This will take you to an Account Settings screen.
  4. Click Edit at the right of the E-mail address line.
  5. Enter your new email address and confirm it.
  6. Enter your password.
  7. Click Save, and you’re done.
