You must fix errors on this page before continuing message on 1095A form?

I filled in the boxes and clicked next and this message came up without any explaination of what the errors are? I copied and pasted the information directly from the 1095A?

Are there any columns or rows on your 1095-A that are entirely blank or filled with zeros?
