Question

Your program is not opening up for me to enter my 2020 tax information. Can you please open the 2020 program?

The turbo tax program is not opening up!  I sign in and basically nothing happens.  I am stuck on the page that says "What you get with TurboTax.  By the way I am a repeat customer.

    Please follow the instructions here to update Turbo Tax if you are using Turbo Tax Desktop. 

     

    If you are using Turbo Tax Online, please clear the cookies and cache from your browser. 

     

    If after doing all of the above it is still not opening, please click here to contact customer support.
