I tried filing my taxes after October 20th and the Santa Barbara tax Products group stopped accepting tax year 2019. How do I go about filing my taxes now?

You need to mail in your taxes.  An original return had to be e-filed by October 15th, a rejected return that was e-filed on or before October 15th had until October 20th to re-e-file.

Since you cannot e-file, you will need to pay for your TurboTax fees by credit card or direct debit, you cannot pay with your Federal refund when you mail in your return.

How do I switch from "E-File" to "File by Mail" in TurboTax Online?

The deadline has nothing to do with Tax Products Group.  The IRS will not allow consumer tax software packages to e-file after the final October 15 deadline.  You have to print and mail your tax return, or see a tax professional who uses professional level software that can e-file after October 15.

If you wish to use Turbotax, you will have to print and file your return by mail.  This method does not allow you to pay your fees by deducting them from your refund, so you will have to pay first with a credit or debit card.  You will then get your full direct deposit from the IRS with no subtractions from Turbotax for filing fees or service charges.
