Your state tax return may not have a form or schedule finalized for filing. Click on Review on the left side of the online program screen for a list of forms and schedules that are not yet available and the date when they become available for filing.

Same issue. I even tried filing federal only still error.

We could not efile your return for the following reason

Tax Year 2022 transmissions are not available.

Having the same issue .I have spoken to 2 different customer service reps on different days and they have multiple causes .they didnt know the exact cause. I was thinking it may be because the IRS is not accepting returns till the 23 of Jan. According to notifications from turbo tax tt is accepting e file on Jan 5 2023 and will transmit the return automatically when its starts accepting them. So I requested a refund mainly cause tt customer service couldn't give me an exact solution to this issue .I will use a different preparer this year .
