I have a 2022 account with username, and have purchased a 2023 activation code. When I logged in using my email and input my 2023 code, it did not link my 2022 account and instead is asking me to pay again. How do I link my 2022 username to my 2023 activiation which was done by email address? ( the email addresses were the same for both years)
