Are United States Veterans Administration disability payments tax able in Canada for a dual citizen?

    Amounts paid by Canada or an allied country (if the amount is not taxable in that country) for disability or death of a war veteran due to war service are non-taxable. Please visit the link on the guidance from the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA): Amounts that are not reported or taxed.
