Question

At the filing stage, the program says that I must upgrade to the Deluxe version because the return includes charitable donations. I did not. How do I fix this error?

I originally clicked yes to charitable donations, but then went back and clicked no.  The system doesn't appear to recognize the change.

    Unfortunately, downgrading is not available. To return to the original version you will need to start a new return.
