Question

Can I change the type of return part way through? Unless I start with the same type of return as last year, it does not seem to import my personal details from last year

    You can always upgrade a return, but you can’t downgrade one. For example: If you start a return in Premier, you can’t downgrade to Deluxe. You would have to start a new return to go down to the lesser product.

     

    Unfortunately, you won’t be able to transfer your information from last year if you want to use a lower-level product this year.
