Can i pay my federal balance using my provincial credit?

    No. Unless you are in Quebec, your federal balance already has the provincial credit deducted. 

     

    If you are in Quebec, then your provincial and federal returns are separate. So, still no, unless you file your Quebec return first, then wait until you get your refund from them before you pay the CRA.
