Usually I can see the estimated CANADA CHILD BENEFIT while I am filing the tax using turbo tax before I submit my taxes. Unfortunately in Tax turbo new version 2025 I cannot see the ESTIMATE OF CCB return amount any more !

Wrong answer. We are asking about CCB not WCB

@TaraSka There are 2 subjects in this thread, both related to CCB.

1- Whether you use TurboTax Desktop or Online, the estimated CCB amount will appear in the Review section. Also, if you are using TTD, in Form mode, you can access the CCB form.

2- We are now aware of an issue with the estimated amount given by our software, and our teams are working on a solution in the near future. But we do not have a resolution date yet. We want you to note that this amount is an estimate (even if wrong) and in no way affects your tax return, as it is the government that decides how much you will be entitled to receive.

We will post here, in this thread, an update as soon as we receive the information.

We made some tests and it's showing when you are doing the review of the return (see screenshot).

If it's not showing, please review your return.

If you get out of easy steps and go into forms and search for CCB you'll see it. I compared my last year's to this year's. I noticed it because it wasn't calculating what we were supposed to be getting this year

@Skaven1984, once your information are entered in the return, in the review section, you will have this exact page. If you don't see it the CCB information, it may be for 2 reasons: you are not eligible or some information are not properly entered.

In these situations, we suggest you to contact our product support team by phone. They have access to tools we don't have here in Community, like screenshare, and see the issues to escalate into an investigation if needed.

So after doing some research and looking through the manual forms on TurboTax standard 2024 I noticed that the basic benefit number on line 1 is wrong. How can I change that? Or why is it wrong? It's showing on line 1 $1494.00 but it should be $13496.

Is there an error in turbo tax?
