CPP over payment

When filling out t4 information , CPP payment on box 16 shows up as an overpayment, on the general form

line 44800. This only happens when you do the t4 manually. If you do the CRA download , it is entered corectly.

I have contacted and talked with a tax rep and have been told to wait till CRA updates it forms, but if I am doing it with out the CRA, how can CRA update the file? You have a problem in the program. I have already sent the tax file to CRA via netfile. There was a warning about over payment of CPP. I could not find anywhere to correct this error. Could you email me the sollution
