Question

Did a tax return for friend with Turbotax. She does not have a CRA My account. How do I get her Notice of Assessment?

She does not have a computer.  I read that Notice of Assessments are not mailed out any more.

    You will need to call the CRA to have the NOA mailed to you:

    Before you call

    To verify your identity, the CRA will ask for:

    • your social insurance number
    • your full name and date of birth
    • your complete address
    • an assessed return, notice of assessment or reassessment, other tax document or be signed in to My Account

    If you are calling the CRA on behalf of someone else, you must be an authorized representative
