Do I include subcontractor totals with returns, allowances and discounts?

I don't see line 8360 anywhere on the on line form

The Canada Revenue Agency says "Enter all the costs to hire outside help to perform tasks related to the goods you sell." You will find line 8360 under Cost of goods sold and gross profit if you have chosen Business and professional income under the self-employment tab in Easy Steps as seen in the image below. Continue and follow the prompts and questions as needed.
