downloas problems

I downloaded the program when I was in Mexico. It didn't work that well and kept asking me to reload the program - which I did many times. I completed two simple taxes filings. When I tried to download from CRA it seems to work but never completed the download

I am not back in Canada and having the same issues - it just keeps telling me to reload the progam and I cannot get it working. It is the premier version so I know I have quite a few filings left but can't make the program work any longer

If you have bought TurboTax Desktop, you will be asked for the licence code when you install the software.
